Foreign capital

KategoriakEnglish

Foreign capital is the investment that an individual or company located in another country or even a foreign state makes in a specific country. Although the entry of foreign capital is positive for the economy, both because of the entry of financial resources and because of the dragging effect that it can cause in the rest of the economy, it can present drawbacks such as the control of the company, technology and national resources by foreign agents.

Other languages: in Spanish, capital extranjero.
